We want you to look and feel great in our pieces, so if for any reason you would like to return your order, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to contact us at email@example.com.
In your email, please include your order number and the item you are returning. We would also appreciate any feedback you can give us as to why you are returning/exchanging your item - it helps us continuously improve our styles. We will then get back to you with the next steps on returning/exchanging your item within 2 business days of receiving your email.
You have 14 calendar days to return your order from the day you receive the pre-paid return label in order to receive a refund. If you return your items after 14 calendar days of receiving your return label you will receive online store credit for the value of your returned items.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags in place and in the same condition that you received it.
If you would like to exchange your item for another style or size please write "Exchange" in the subject line plus your order #. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label (we cover this cost) which you can use to return the item you would like to exchange. You can then place an order for the new style/size on our website. Once we receive your returned item we will issue you a refund for the item you are exchanging to your original payment method.
SALE/DISCOUNT CODE POLICY:
Marked down sale items or regular priced items bought with a discount code of over 20% off are not refundable. However, they are eligible for exchange or store credit.
All orders using discount code WBW50 (World Breastfeeding Week) code are FINAL SALE.
All styles bought at regular price or with our newsletter sign up/First Order code are eligible for a refund as long as they meet the requirements in the section "Return Policy" above.
PLEASE NOTE: No price adjustments for items ordered prior to any sales or special discount codes we may offer.
Only one promo code can be used per order.
Gift card codes can be entered and redeemed at checkout. When purchasing a gift card for someone you may not use any discount codes. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will then be applied to your original method of payment minus the return shipping cost. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a refund from the day we receive your returned items.
If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and after inspection, we will send either a replacement or accept the damaged or defective item for a full refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
International orders (outside of the continental USA) are not eligible for a refund. However, exchange is possible and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to exchange item/s. For exchanges, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with "Exchange Order # " in the subject line.
