FREE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to look and feel great in our pieces, so if for any reason (too big/small, doesn't fit well, etc.) you would like to return your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the email please include your order number and the item you are returning. We would also appreciate any feedback you can give us as to why you are returning/exchanging your item. We will then get back to you with the next steps on returning/exchanging your item.
You have 10 business days to return your order from the day you receive the return label in order to receive a refund. If you return your items after 10 business days of receiving your return label you will receive online store credit for the value of your returned items.
If you would like to exchange your item for another style or size please write "Exchange" in the subject line. We will send you a return shipping label which you can use to return the item you would like to exchange. You can then place an order for the new style/size on our website. Once we receive your returned item we will issue you a refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags in place and in the same condition that you received it. It also must have been bought at full/regular price without any discount codes (other than our newsletter signup code) applied at checkout.
SALE/DISCOUNT CODE POLICY:
All items on sale or bought at a discount or with a sales code over 15% off are not refundable. However, an exchange for another size or style is possible if we are contacted within 14 calendar days of the date your receive your order.
No price adjustments for items ordered prior to any sales or special discount codes we may offer.
Gift card codes can be entered and redeemed at checkout. When purchasing a gift card for someone you may not use any discount codes. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will then be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a refund from the day we receive your returned items.
If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and after inspection, we will send either a replacement or accept the damaged or defective item for a full refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
International orders are not eligible for a refund. However, exchange is possible and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to exchange item/s. For exchanges, please email: email@example.com with "Exchange Order # " in the subject line.
